K 4 in Arvidsjaur is a small regiment which means close relationships, both within the organization and among colleagues. K 4 trains, develops, and leads ranger units with qualified capability to operate in depth within enemy formations in a subarctic environment. Military Health Services provides health and medical care including daily healthcare for conscripts during basic training, occupational health services for employees, and medical support readiness in the field. In short, our mission is to help the regiment maintain its physical and psychological "combat value" by ensuring healthy conscripts and staff.
