Lunch Cook - We're Seeking a Master of Swedish Home Cooking

We're looking for someone with high quality standards, flexibility, and who enjoys challenges. You should be self-driven, professionally skilled, and have several years of experience working as a lunch cook. You feel you can take initiative when needed and are motivated by finding solutions for our guests. Together, you and your colleagues create a well-functioning, pleasant, and developmental workplace in an international environment. As an applicant, you should be energetic, thorough, have good taste, and be engaged. You have a handle on your hygiene and HACCP procedures, enjoy cooking, and are a team player. You should be stress-resilient, responsible, and have the desire to present quality food to our guests. Independent work is part of the role, so as an applicant you should be organized and able to plan your work so that you meet deadlines and work efficiently. You should also be able to take initiative and see for yourself what needs to be done during a workday. We prefer that you have professional training in hotel & restaurant or equivalent professional experience. If you have broad expertise with experience in both lunch cooking and à la carte, we see that as a merit. The working languages are both English and Swedish, so you should understand and be able to communicate in both languages. A valid driver's license and references are required. The position is open-ended with a 6-month probationary period. Salary by agreement and 100% full-time employment.
