About the Role As a Facility Services Worker, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You work primarily with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may occur such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time and temporary during summer 2026. We may also be recruiting part-time employees on a reduced service level. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good overview of your cleaning area, and can provide suggestions for improvements with the customer. It's important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as work can be both individual and in groups. We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience.
