The preschool is located in the Öberget residential area with a nice outdoor space and close to forest, nature, and playgrounds. We are looking for you to work with us supporting a preschool-age child as a resource person to provide individual support. You will participate in and support the pedagogical education, in the children's play and activities, and assist during rest time and meals. You focus on the child and help create joy around play and creativity. The role will be divided during the day based on the resource person's needs and later working with the entire group of children. You are positive, engaged, and flexible in your work. Great importance will be placed on you as a person during recruitment. It is not important how much experience you have; we are more interested in your personal suitability and fit within the team. The team consists of five people including you. Children are divided into groups of 1-2 year-olds and 3-5 year-olds where we prioritize high staff density.
