BKP serves as a local service partner to Bosch, which operates a facility conducting vehicle testing in cold climates 10 km outside Arjeplog. BKP is responsible for operating and maintaining this winter testing facility and providing the service required to conduct successful testing operations, ranging from track preparation, operation and maintenance of buildings to events and research arrangements. BKP is service; we take care of our customer's properties and resources and handle all services needed to maintain a world-class testing facility! About the position The HSEQ Manager role is broad, and you are expected to work both operatively and strategically. The role primarily involves elevating HSEQ matters throughout the company and incorporating quality and safety considerations into all processes at the facility. The HSEQ Manager reports to the Site Manager and is part of BKP's management team. What will you be working with? As HSEQ Manager, you lead and develop the company's work regarding quality and environment, which means: >> Setting targets and working toward goal achievement in the area >> Working on continuous improvements and providing support to identify improvement measures that promote profitability and quality >> Maintaining a world-class living management system that accurately reflects operations and meets ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification requirements >> Conducting, documenting, and following up on audits >> Leading management reviews and preparing quality and environmental documentation for these. Participating in customer Bosch's internal audits/visits/assessments. The HSEQ Manager is responsible for the facility's security company (Securitas), overseeing and managing the routines and work performed by the security company's personnel. The facility's own medical staff (Die Johanniter) report to the HSEQ Manager, and you are the designated link to customer Bosch. Beyond HSEQ-related duties, you are expected in this role to also serve as department manager for cleaning services. This involves personnel responsibility including recruitment, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations during the season. Who are you? A driven person who wants to move forward.
