Description Work as a nursing assistant with standard duties at Björkbacken, a residential care facility. The position includes scheduled day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for someone who wants to provide our care recipients with good care, well-being, and community. We see that you have a strong ability to collaborate and are flexible and responsible. Qualifications We are seeking a nursing assistant who is responsible, confident, and flexible. You have an easy way of building relationships and are attentive and responsive to others. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should have a solution-oriented mindset and an easy way of collaborating with the residents at the center of your focus. It is an advantage if you have education or are studying in health and care. Experience in similar work or other life experience is something we value. The ability to speak and write in Swedish is a requirement because your work involves communicating with different people, maintaining social documentation, and performing medical interventions. You will work closely with other professionals to help and support residents in living a dignified life and well-being according to their own circumstances. You must be able to handle a mobile phone and computer. A criminal records extract is required for employment Arjeplog Municipality has decided on a wage bonus for those hired in a current shortage occupation on a permanent contract with Arjeplog Municipality, with an employment start date after July 1, 2018. Nursing Assistant is currently a shortage occupation. To receive this bonus, you must be registered in Arjeplog Municipality during these 3 years. The wage bonus is paid when employment has exceeded: 12 months: 15,000 kr, 24 months: 22,500 kr, and 36 months: 30,000 kr. As well as the opportunity to apply for a relocation bonus, which means that those with adequate education who get a job in a shortage occupation and register in Arjeplog can receive a bonus. Maximum 30,000 kr with verified documentation. The bonus is proportional to your employment level.
