Childcare Worker/Resource Person at Daghemskooperativet Blåklockan Preschool Blåklockan Economic Association in Arjeplog Scope: 100% Full-time, 50% as resource person, 50% as childcare worker Duration: 3-month trial employment, fixed-term contract with possibility of permanent employment. Blåklockan is a parent-run cooperative with space for approximately 20 children, ages 1-5 years, housed in a villa with its own kitchen where meals are prepared from scratch, in Arjeplog. The preschool is located in the Öberget residential area with a nice outdoor space and close to forest, nature, and playgrounds. We are looking for you to work with us supporting a preschool-age child as a resource person to provide individual support. You will participate in and support the pedagogical education, in the children's play and activities, and assist during rest time and meals. You focus on the child and help create joy around play and creativity. The role will be divided during the day based on the resource person's needs and later working with the entire group of children. You are positive, engaged, and flexible in your work. Great importance will be placed on you as a person during recruitment. It is not important how much experience you have; we are more interested in your personal suitability and fit within the team. The team consists of five people including you. Children are divided into groups of 1-2 year-olds and 3-5 year-olds where we prioritize high staff density. Here you have close collaboration with the rector, who also works with the children, and with the board, which also provides short decision-making paths. We use the TYRA app as a tool for communication and documentation. We offer you work with pleasant, engaged colleagues who have fun with the children, pedagogical meals, and engaged guardians. Blåklockan Preschool is a parent-run cooperative that has existed in Arjeplog for 30 years. Operating as a parent cooperative means that the staff has pedagogical responsibility at the preschool while engaged parents handle practical and administrative tasks outside of daily operations. The parent cooperative is run on a Christian basis, which means that in our values-based work we are guided by the values described in the Preschool Curriculum, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and Christian values, where we see each child as unique and valuable as they are. We wish to convey joy, security, and a treatment of others as we ourselves wish to be treated. The employment is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment at 100%.
