Would you like to work in a nature-inspired and inspiring environment by Lake Barken in Smedjebacken/Dalarna? We are now looking for an experienced and self-directed chef at Barken Lodge who wants to help develop our culinary experience. With us, you'll have an important role in the kitchen where quality, creativity, and overall experience are the focus. About the Position As a chef at Barken Lodge, you'll work broadly with everything from à la carte and conference dinners to events and seasonally adapted menus. You have significant responsibility in the kitchen and drive the daily operations forward. The role also includes: Ordering responsibility and inventory management Planning and participation in menu development Ensuring high quality and efficient work practices in the kitchen Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends.
