About the Position Would you like to have a central role with many contact points and help ensure an efficient and sustainable raw materials flow? Our client Ovako is now recruiting an engaged raw materials coordinator to their operations in Smedjebacken. As a raw materials coordinator, you have a key role between suppliers, procurement, and production. You are responsible for coordinating raw materials flow, monitoring inventory and material balances, and contributing to ensuring quality, delivery precision, and efficient working methods. The role also involves close collaboration with management on occupational environment, safety, and improvement work. This is a direct employment position with Ovako. Job Responsibilities Contact with suppliers, contractors, and transporters Planning and monitoring of raw materials flows and inventory levels Create purchase orders and provide support with deliveries Invoice and claims handling Participate in quality, development, and improvement projects Assist with audits Support operations as needed within the group's area of responsibility Travel is part of the position Location: Smedjebacken Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Daytime About You You are structured, responsible, and enjoy working in a role with many contact points.
