Qualifications Licensed preschool teacher or teacher licensed for preschool. Strong ability to plan, organize, and follow up on pedagogical work as well as the ability to take initiative and start processes, both in teams and in activities. Strong ability to create respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to capture children's initiatives and create participation. Be a person who can lead both among children and colleagues and have the ability to take different perspectives.
