YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY As a sales product manager for our digital solutions Cropline and Cordulus, you are part of the business team in your operating area and are responsible for driving, managing, and developing your product area in terms of profitability and product offerings. The role also includes coaching salespeople with information about existing and new products and actively selling yourself. Your focus is on sales, relationship building, and business development – both with new and existing customers. You have a clear responsibility for your sales area and follow up your results together with the sales manager. With strong drive and good market knowledge, you help create the future of agricultural solutions and real value for our customers. Together with knowledgeable colleagues and product managers, you tailor offerings that strengthen both the customer's operations and our business. The position is 100% permanent with a 6-month trial period. You are responsible for: • Driving sales and creating customer relationships within your geographic area with focus on plant cultivation • Managing, driving, and developing our digital solutions • Actively engaging new and existing customers through direct sales • Identifying customer needs and offering value-creating solutions • Working toward established sales targets and following up results with your immediate manager • Staying updated on products, market, and competitors YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who is: • Technically interested and solution-oriented • A communicative and trustworthy relationship builder • Solution-oriented and sees opportunities • Business-driven with strong determination to achieve results • Passionate about sales and customer contact • Independent and initiative-taking, with the ability to take personal responsibility • Flexible and enjoys a varied daily routine You have: • Experience in sales and/or consulting to plant cultivation farms • Technical interest and preferably technical experience • Good understanding and interest in Swedish agriculture • Relevant education, such as agronomist, agricultural technician, land manager, or equivalent experience • Good computer skills • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written • Category B driving license and ability to travel for work ARE YOU INTERESTED? Breeding Specialist
Genetic Development – Breeding – Nordic Dairy Are you passionate about animal breeding, data, and making a real impact in the dairy and beef industry? We are looking for a Breeding Specialist to join our Genetic Development team in Sweden (preferably near Skara). This is a great opportunity for recent graduates as well as experienced professionals who want to work with Nordic breeding programs and contribute to genetic progress. Work tasks will be assigned according to qualifications. As a Breeding Specialist, you will be part of developing Nordic cattle populations and supporting breeding decisions through both data analysis and field work. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and gradually grow into a key role within the team. Your main tasks will include: Development of dairy x dairy crossbreeding schemes in close cooperation with product manager for crossbreeding (approx. 30–40% of work time). Work tasks could include: Develop data-driven documentation for national and international markets Develop crossbreeding concepts Go to markets tasks related to dairy x dairy to support national and international sales Selections of bull and donor candidate Contributing to the development of the VikingEmbryo program and breeding schemes Conducting data analysis and supporting breeding decisions Participating in field activities such as visiting breeders, agricultural schools, and partners Supporting implementation of R&D results into practical breeding strategies Location: Sweden (preferably near Skara) Your qualifications: Background in animal science, agriculture, or similar (Husdjursagronom, Lantmästare or similar) Good understanding of quantitative genetics Interest or experience in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R, or similar) Practical experience in animal breeding is an advantage, but not required Strong communication skills in Swedish and English Structured, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks Team player with the ability to work independently Interest in applying AI in daily work routines We offer you: A key role in a professional and dedicated company, and the opportunity to be involved and influence the development.
