About the Position The nursing assistant position involves standard care work for adult men and women with mental health disabilities combined with comorbidity and substance abuse issues. You work within an individual case management framework where you have overall responsibility for a specific client and strive daily to help each client achieve their goals and sub-goals. Your role includes, among other things: Support clients in ADL-related activities and situations and provide daily care focused on promoting good health. Follow reporting structures, ensure daily planning is conducted and followed, and document daily according to applicable documentation requirements. Support and guide clients through conversations and practical activities, while listening actively and creating a safe environment for them to share their experiences.
