The Work As a teacher with us, you work closely with both colleagues and school leadership in a setting characterized by collaboration and continuous development. You are part of a teaching team that jointly plans, implements, assesses, and develops instruction with student learning as the focus. The team meets regularly each week to follow up on and develop operations. You also collaborate with your textile crafts colleagues to develop instruction in the subject and adapt it based on students' different needs and circumstances. The school offers a modern learning environment where digital tools are a natural part of instruction. You use digital resources daily, such as the Haldor learning platform and Teams, to support planning, communication, and learning. Qualifications We are looking for you if you: - are a certified teacher with credentials to teach textile crafts for grades 7–9 - have strong ability to plan, structure, implement, and follow up on instruction based on current curriculum guidelines - are a confident pedagogical leader in the classroom - have good collaborative skills and can build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues - can recognize different perspectives and adapt instruction accordingly Personal suitability is given significant weight. Employment Terms The position is permanent, 100%, with school vacation coverage. Start date August 10, 2026.
