Viktoriaskolan is a municipal grades 7-9 school with approximately 560 students in Skara Municipality. We believe that all students want to succeed and that together with them we can find the path forward. Your Work You will be responsible for teaching Spanish and German. This includes planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and developing instruction. Your task is to create favorable conditions for students' development and learning, as well as provide security and structure in daily life. About You As a person, you are calm and stable in your interactions, and attentive to individuals' different needs and circumstances, adapting accordingly. You have a positive attitude and demonstrate strong collaboration skills and the ability to inspire and motivate. It is important to you to create the best possible conditions for students, guardians, and colleagues to feel welcome and secure. Qualifications Certified teacher with authorization to teach Spanish and German in grades 7-9 Be a trusted pedagogical leader Strong ability to take different perspectives, think creatively, think innovatively, and take initiative Strong ability to structure, plan, organize, and follow up on pedagogical work according to existing curriculum guidelines Strong ability to build respectful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Employment Terms The position is permanent, 100%, vacation-replacement position. Start date August 10, 2026, or by agreement. We conduct rolling selection during the recruitment process.
