Your Area of Responsibility Ongoing Accounting and Payroll • Responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping (approximately 5,000 vouchers/year), accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations • Coding and tracking by cost center • Payroll administration for 12–60 employees depending on season • Ensure functioning procedures, approval workflows, and reporting of taxes and fees Financial Statements and Reporting • Manage monthly financial statements and ongoing financial tracking • Prepare monthly reports and financial information for the CEO • Assist with annual financial statements in collaboration with the auditor • Handle VAT, employer, and income tax declarations Budgeting and Follow-up • Participate in budgeting work together with the CEO and operations • Monitor results by business area and liquidity • Prepare actual results, forecasts, and simple analyses to support operations • Contribute to developing and improving accounting procedures • Be the contact person with the bank, auditor, and authorities Who Are You?
