We would like to see that you have experience in a leadership role within technical professions and are accustomed to working in development projects. If you have previous experience from the defense industry or from Saab's products, that is a merit. Since we collaborate with both local and international suppliers as well as colleagues from different parts of the organization, fluent Swedish and English are a requirement to work effectively and maintain high quality in our processes. The position also involves regular contact with operations at different locations within the organization, which means that a valid driver's license is a requirement. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security regulations in effect. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
