We work as inquisitive and attentive educators in inspiring indoor and outdoor environments where children's curiosity, creative drive, and joy of discovery are challenged. Using a project-based approach and pedagogical documentation as our tools, we follow up, evaluate, and develop our activities together. As a preschool teacher with us, you will, among other things: support educators in daily activities with the children assist during meals, rest time, and story time help children with changing clothes and bathroom visits be present in the child group, build relationships, and contribute to a safe and accessible environment We offer a stimulating independent organization inspired by the thoughts of Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our goal is a sustainable organization with a focus on relational pedagogy, which is why we work with over-capacity in staffing rather than hourly substitutes. Our outdoor educators ensure stimulating outdoor environments and our studio coordinators make room for multilingualism. In our kitchen, food is prepared from scratch, and our caretaker handles most things in our spaces. The management consists of a principal, assistant principal, and finance manager. We're looking for someone who is trained as a preschool teacher, or who is interested in working as a preschool teacher. You have a genuine interest in children's play, care, creativity, and learning. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are independent, responsible, and able to see what needs to be done. You are engaged, curious, and confident in yourself. You have a talent for building good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues and maintain a professional approach. We place great importance on personal suitability.
