Systems Manager We are seeking an ambitious and engaged team player with strong interest in ERP, Infor M3 Cloud Suite, and modern Azure-based portal solutions for aftermarket and product configuration. The role combines system ownership and business development with a focus on digitalization, analytics, and long-term system management.
Your assignment is to take responsibility for and ensure that Infor M3 Cloud Edition supports KABE's operations in a stable, efficient, and data-driven manner. The role serves as the hub between business, IT, analytics, and vendors and should enable decision support, digitalization, and continuous improvement. The position reports to the CFO.
Responsibilities
· Primary responsibility for business systems
· Optimize business processes together with the organization
· Governance and maintenance of existing systems and integrations
· Responsibility for BI and business reporting in Power BI
· Plan and coordinate testing and release management in M3 Cloud Edition
· Ensure high data quality for analytics and reporting
· Internal training and change management for ERP and portal applications
Desired Qualifications
· Strong understanding of ERP in the manufacturing industry
· Experience with Infor M3, preferably Cloud Edition
· Very strong skills in SQL and data analysis
· Experience with Power BI and business reporting
· Experience with support and troubleshooting in business systems
· Experienced project manager with experience analyzing and improving business processes
· You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
