Qualifications Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social work or pedagogical work, Care Program with specialization in "disability" or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You should have basic IT skills. We place great importance on your experience working with people with disabilities under the LSS Act or other care work. It is meritorious if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and respectful demeanor. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing. A driver's license is a requirement.
