About the Role You will be employed by us and hired out to perform standard case management duties within disability services. You will be responsible for investigating, assessing needs, and making decisions regarding the right to services under the LSS and SoL legislation. Your tasks include both personal meetings with individuals and their families, other authorities, and healthcare providers.
