Support Assistant at LSS Service Housing

Job Responsibilities
As a support assistant, you provide users with support in their daily lives with a focus on independence, participation, and quality of life. The work includes:
Assisting with daily activities such as household chores, shopping, and leisure
Working with a pedagogical and low-arousal approach
Documenting according to SoL/LSS and following up on implementation plans
Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals
Qualifications (Requirements)
Education as a support assistant, nursing assistant, or equivalent education
Experience working within LSS and psychiatry
Good ability to work with people with mental health issues
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written; a digital language test will be administered to qualify for the position
Experience documenting in activity management systems
Meritorious
Experience with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy

Other Information
The work involves scheduled working hours (day, evening, weekend, and on-call overnight shifts).
The position is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
