To continuously develop our operations, we have regular pedagogical meetings and a solid long-term professional development plan in areas such as language, quality work, ICDP, mathematics, aesthetics, crisis and violence. You receive your own and shared planning time in your work team that includes 6 hours/week. We offer all new employees ICDP guidance groups and mentorship support in your professional role. We have good access to special educators who are directed toward preschool and the preschool has its own health teams.
