As a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS), you will have a central and meaningful role in our development team alongside several colleagues. In the role as SAS, you will work in close cooperation with the Medical Responsible Nurse (MAS). The social services in Jokkmokk encompasses individual and family care, elderly care, health and medical care, and functional support. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES The position as SAS is broad, developmental, and strategically important. You will work with qualified investigation work, business planning, and development initiatives that strengthen quality in the social services operations based on applicable legislation and regulations. The assignment includes developing, training, and ensuring quality in the social services processes, developing procedures, and compiling the annual quality report together with MAS. You will lead and support work groups and serve as qualified support to managers in matters concerning quality, development, and training. You are also responsible for monitoring the operations' internal controls and the social services' deviation management, as well as developing procedures and monitoring documentation within social work. As SAS, you independently investigate reports of misconduct according to Lex Sarah on delegation from the board and assess and make decisions in these cases. Together with the operations, you develop and follow up action plans. Serious misconduct is reported to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO). You are responsible for coordination and environmental monitoring and keep yourself updated on current laws, regulations, and ordinances. The role also includes identifying, analyzing, and evaluating development and improvement areas within the social board's operations. You report directly to the Social Services Director. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a social worker or have other education that the employer deems equivalent and relevant for the assignment. You have experience from the social services' operational areas and a good understanding of the demands placed on quality, legal security, and development work within public operations.
