Job Responsibilities Your main task as an employee in the afterschool program is to be responsible for instruction in the afterschool program together with your colleagues and ensure it is conducted according to the curriculum and the goals and guidelines that exist for the afterschool program. You plan, document, follow up, and evaluate instruction. As an employee at Olympicaskolan, you are part of a team where you contribute with your commitment to the school's development. Time when you are not in the afterschool program, you serve as a resource in the classroom and collaborate with classroom teachers, you are present as a playground supervisor during breaks and lead break activities. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a teacher in the afterschool program and/or you who are an afterschool pedagogue or qualified to work in an afterschool program. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the afterschool program and you have the ability to adapt activities and instruction according to needs and circumstances. You are a good leader with a clear pedagogical leadership style and are experienced in leading groups. You have good collaboration and communication skills and you convey safety and security.
