Qualifications We are looking for you who are a teacher in the afterschool program and/or you who are an afterschool pedagogue or qualified to work in an afterschool program. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the afterschool program and you have the ability to adapt activities and instruction according to needs and circumstances. You are a good leader with a clear pedagogical leadership style and are experienced in leading groups. You have good collaboration and communication skills and you convey safety and security.
