We are seeking a family counselor and coordinator for our Open Preschool and Family Center in Hallstahammar, as one of our employees is retiring. Our open family activities program is a popular meeting place for parents with children aged 0–6 years, located centrally in Hallstahammar. The program is part of the Family Center's operations and serves as a hub in the municipality's work on parenting support, collaboration, and family support. At the Family Center, in addition to Open Preschool staff, there are 10 family therapists, a team leader, and a school social worker providing additional support to children and families—these will be your closest colleagues. One of the family therapists will work alongside you at the family center. We have strong and established collaboration with Child Health Services and Maternal Health Services at the health center in the municipality, and we are currently in the process of launching a Family Center together.
