Lindboskolan is one of three F-6 schools in Hallstahammar's town center. The school, housed in well-equipped facilities, has just over 450 students distributed across three parallel classes. The school also has three after-school program departments. The school has well-developed school yards that invite outdoor activities and are equipped with engaging play materials. Classes F-2 work in close collaboration with our after-school programs through school cooperation, where after-school educators work in the classrooms and lead various activities. There is plenty of space to vary and differentiate instruction. The school has high teacher qualifications and a well-developed student support team consisting of three specialist teachers/special educators, a counselor, school nurse, and school psychologist. Every student is seen here thanks to good collaboration within the school and with guardians and external partners. 1 position(s). DUTIES We are looking for you who have teaching certification and the qualifications to teach Wood and Metal Crafts. You have the ability to lead and motivate students and create a safe and educational classroom environment with engaged and involved students. Your leadership is characterized by clarity and structure. For the work to be successful, you need to have good collaboration skills and be relationship-building, as good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues are fundamental to the work. You need the ability to adapt your teaching based on results, evaluations, and the individual student's needs. To achieve this, you need a good understanding of how different students acquire knowledge and have the ability to adapt your teaching style at both group and individual levels. You understand the importance of working toward the school's overall goals and following established routines, guidelines, and decisions, and you work loyally for the benefit of the organization.
