Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you work based on current governing documents and are responsible for teaching, planning, implementation, and documentation. You develop education/instruction together with your team. Using the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Education Act, and the curriculum as a foundation, you choose methods and content based on each child's knowledge, experiences, interests, and specific circumstances. Your knowledge and creativity should promote the creation of inclusive learning environments both indoors and outdoors. As an employee in preschool in Filipstad Municipality, you will have access to a personal iPad as a digital work tool. We develop collegial learning and collaboration for equity within preschool with the help of digital tools such as Teams and InfoMentor. The position involves close contact with colleagues, children, and guardians, and we continuously strive for clear structure in all contexts at the preschool. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher. You should have excellent communication skills with both children and adults and with great enthusiasm create stimulating learning environments. We seek someone who is responsible, positive, curious, attentive, learning-oriented, and reflective. We value creativity, commitment, and genuine interest in children's care, development, and learning. Conditions A valid criminal record certificate is required before employment.
