Security Manager for SES Integration
Do you want to work in a key role where you take responsibility for developing and ensuring structured security work? SES Integration is now seeking an operational and structured security manager with a focus on physical security and personnel security. About the Role As a security manager at SES Integration in Brunflo, you will have a central role in planning, implementing, and monitoring security work locally. The position is part of SES Nordic Group's security team and you will work closely with the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and IT manager, while maintaining local ownership of security matters. The role combines operational work with strategic and structured security management, where you serve as the company's point of contact for security-related issues and actively contribute to developing and strengthening the company's security culture. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Overall responsibility for physical security (access control systems, camera surveillance, and protective measures). Handling personnel security and security interviews (background checks as needed, authorizations, and access). Implement and maintain security routines, processes, and governance documents. Conduct risk analyses and drive and monitor risk-reducing measures. Manage and follow up on incidents and deviations. Plan and conduct training and increase security awareness in the organization. Work closely with the CSO and IT manager on the group's security work. Ensure compliance with laws, requirements, and standards (Swedish and group requirements). Ensure compliance with contractual security requirements. Collaborate with external suppliers, security partners, and authorities. Qualifications Relevant education within security, crisis management, or equivalent experience. Experience working with physical security and/or personnel security. Experience with investigations/inquiries. Good understanding of security management, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with access control systems, surveillance, and security solutions is a merit. Knowledge of relevant regulations in Sweden/Scandinavia is a merit. About the Role As a property coordinator/technical facility manager, you will have a central and meaningful role in the Parish's property operations. Southeastern Jämtland Parish is seeking a finance manager to oversee the parish's finances and deliver sharp analyses that can contribute as we chart our course toward the future. We need someone who can support the parish leadership and our elected representatives in moving forward. This is a newly established position and you will have good opportunities to shape it based on the parish's needs. Southeastern Jämtland Parish is part of the Church of Sweden and consists of 16 congregations in the municipalities of Berg, Östersund, Ragunda, and Bräcke. The parish was formed in 2022 through a consolidation of five parishes and is one of the largest in all of Sweden. We have over 100 employees. We currently purchase financial services from the Church of Sweden's financial service department, which will continue to be a collaboration partner/supplier. You enjoy producing financial reports, key figures, and conducting analyses to support strategic decisions.
