Property Coordinator/Technical Facility Manager for Southeastern Jämtland Parish

Southeastern Jämtland Parish is embarking on an exciting and important development journey. We are now making a strategic investment and seeking a property coordinator/technical facility manager to complement our facilities team. The Parish manages 101 registered land areas and 340 buildings. Our property portfolio ranges from culturally and historically valuable church buildings to operational facilities and agricultural buildings – environments that carry both history, future potential, and significant social responsibility. We are now looking for someone who wants to help create structure, long-term planning, and quality in our property management. About the Role As a property coordinator/technical facility manager, you will have a central and meaningful role in the Parish's property operations. Working alongside other team members in our facilities group, you will strengthen the organization and help us work in a more planned, sustainable, and strategic manner. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and be a key person in turning plans into reality. The position requires a Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle. Your Main Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor ongoing maintenance and repairs Participate in maintenance planning, project preparation, and follow-up Provide technical and administrative oversight of properties and contractors Support regulatory compliance, documentation, and adherence to requirements Contribute to developing structures, processes, and procedures for property management Work on energy efficiency and long-term sustainable maintenance The role will be adapted to the right candidate's experience and skills – we view this as a strength. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with relevant technical education or equivalent work experience in property management, construction, or technical fields. To succeed in this position, you need a good understanding of property operations, maintenance, and technical systems. You should also be capable of working in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner. We also value someone who is communicative and collaborative. If you have experience with historic buildings, public sector operations, or energy efficiency in general – and particularly with the LEB property management system – that is a merit, but not a requirement.
