The operations consist of 3 service housing units within LSS and target group 3 and are located in Bredaryd outside Värnamo. You have personnel responsibility as well as results responsibility for the operation's finances and quality. You ensure qualitative and optimal staffing within the given financial framework and participate in budgeting and follow-up work. As an Operations Manager, you work systematically to understand the client's perspective in order to provide care based on the client's individual needs and strengths. Frösunda Care is now seeking a dedicated and confident Operations Manager for three LSS residential services within service user group 3 in Bredaryd, outside Värnamo. As Operations Manager at Frösunda Care, you are responsible for three LSS residential services for adults within service user group 3. The target group consists of people with lasting mental health disabilities who need support in their daily lives to live independent and meaningful lives. The operations are located in Bredaryd, outside Värnamo, and employ approximately XX staff members. As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations' quality, finances, work environment, and personnel. You lead the operations and ensure that services are provided in accordance with LSS, the Social Board's regulations, and the company's quality standards and core values. You are expected to be a visible and present leader who creates structure, clarity, and engagement in the operations. Through a coaching and development-focused leadership approach, you create conditions for staff to provide support and services of high quality. You are also responsible for systematic quality work, deviation management, follow-up of implementation plans, risk analyses, and improvement efforts, and actively work to develop the operations based on customers' needs, funder requirements, and operational goals. We are looking for you who have: Relevant university degree, for example social work, behavioral science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent to be approved for licensing. Documented experience in management or leadership positions within healthcare and care. Experience working within LSS.
