The operations consist of 3 service housing units within LSS and target group 3 and are located in Bredaryd outside Värnamo. You have personnel responsibility as well as results responsibility for the operation's finances and quality. You ensure qualitative and optimal staffing within the given financial framework and participate in budgeting and follow-up work. As an Operations Manager, you work systematically to understand the client's perspective in order to provide care based on the client's individual needs and strengths. Qualifications and personal characteristics Relevant academic education, e.g., social worker degree. Experience in leadership within care and healthcare. Experience working with the LSS target group. Experience within psychiatry. Competence in labor law, work environment, and collective agreements. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Driver's license (Category B). To succeed in the role as Operations Manager, you have a natural ability to run the operation based on Frösunda's values of Respect, Engagement, and Curiosity. You are an excellent communicator who enjoys multiple contact points and have the ability to bring your employees along. You feel comfortable making independent decisions, are flexible, and have the ability to maintain focus even in situations with higher workload.
