The Education Department is responsible for the municipality's childcare and educational activities from preschool and after-school care to pre-elementary, primary school, and adapted school. The various operations of the Education Department have a clear shared focus on all children and students' prerequisites for completing their studies. Närlundaskolan is a preschool through grade 6 school with approximately 430 students. The school is beautifully located with proximity to both forest and lake. Our school buildings are newly constructed/renovated with a focus on creating a good learning environment for both students and staff. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a school administrator at Närlundaskolan, you are a key person in the school's daily operations. In close collaboration with school leadership, educators, and other staff, you contribute to creating effective routines, good service, and an efficient organization. Therefore, your ability to communicate well with students, guardians, and staff is highly valued. The assignment involves overall responsibility for ensuring that the school's administrative and practical matters run smoothly. The role includes responsibility for and further development of administrative processes and routines as well as providing support to the principal in daily work. The work also includes managing operational systems and coordinating various administrative tasks. An important part of the assignment is supporting staff with administrative and practical matters as well as actively contributing to the development and improvement of the school's methods. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with relevant higher education, preferably in economics, administration, or education. Experience with systems such as Raindance, Edlevo, Personec, and InfoMentor is a merit. You are organized and service-oriented with a good ability to create order and overview in a complex operation. You can work independently, are responsible, and have good digital competence and the ability to quickly learn new systems. You are communicative and solution-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many tasks at once. Great consideration is given to personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary.
