Our mission within the Bioenergy function is to supply the internal organization with competitive raw materials and sell by-products, increase raw material availability on the market, and deliver profitability.
As Supply Area Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and strengthening our business in Southern Sweden together with Market & Sales and Sourcing (services). The role involves overall responsibility for strategic raw material procurement, biofuel flows, and the area's results.
You work closely with our largest raw material suppliers and are an active member of the function's management group, where you contribute broadly to matters concerning business development and direction.
You lead the operation through an engaged team of 11 employees, where you maintain continuous dialogue to ensure well-founded and sound decisions every time. Work practices are characterized by efficiency, sustainability, and quality, which support the overarching goals set by the function's management group.
The role is both strategic and operational with a clear focus on leadership and change management, business, efficient processes, and a strong safety culture.
Office placement is flexible at one of our offices within Götaland-Närke, and travel is required. The position reports to the Director Bioenergy.

Skills and qualifications we believe you have:
Relevant university education and work experience in the field or similar roles. Experience from sales, forestry, or the energy sector is a merit
Experience in leadership and change management within operations with budget and profit responsibility
Ability to balance results focus with strong relationship building
Good digital skills with experience working in various systems and tools
B-class driver's license
