JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We have just opened a new preschool in Duved and are now looking for committed preschool teachers. Lillskogen Preschool is centrally located in Duved village and is an eight-unit preschool with space for approximately 140 children. We have chosen to organize the preschool in four twin units, where each twin works as a large team and divides into smaller groups during the day. To promote collaboration and development between the twins, we will work with different roles, such as studio pedagogue, literacy pedagogue, and outdoor pedagogue. We place great emphasis on collaboration and want to create a robust organization that is solution-focused and always has the best interests of the child at the center. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in preschool.
