How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we set up a profile for you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we get to know more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consulting works. We also need a number of documents from you to set up a profile in our system, for example your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with, and make suggestions for, relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month like normal.
