JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We have just opened a new preschool in Duved and are now looking for committed preschool teachers. Lillskogen Preschool is centrally located in Duved village and is an eight-unit preschool with space for approximately 140 children. We have chosen to organize the preschool in four twin units, where each twin works as a large team and divides into smaller groups during the day. To promote collaboration and development between the twins, we will work with different roles, such as studio pedagogue, literacy pedagogue, and outdoor pedagogue. We place great emphasis on collaboration and want to create a robust organization that is solution-focused and always has the best interests of the child at the center. We adults listen to what the children express and their interests, and together with them build meaningful content based on the curriculum's values, mission, goals, and guidelines. We use curiosity questions/in-depth questions to create a thread throughout what we offer the children all day. With us, you get stimulating and developmental work with and for children. You receive both individual and shared time for systematic quality work, and together with your team you lead planning, documentation, reflection, and analyze and follow up on your shared work. QUALIFICATIONS • You are a certified preschool teacher or have applied for certification as a preschool teacher. As a person, you work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you have started, and meet deadlines. You actively take initiative in social situations, step forward, and find it easy to create new relationships. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through a pragmatic focus on the common goal. You keep up to date within your profession and area of expertise and stay aware of trends. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date according to agreement.
