Mechanical Engineer

We are now looking for a mechanical design engineer to join our Test Development section in Arboga! Within the Test Development department, we develop, implement, and support a wide range of test equipment for both military and civilian use. You will be an important asset to our team by serving as a sounding board for technical matters and contributing creatively by exploring possibilities in new working methods and structures. Your Role As a mechanical design engineer with us, you will be part of the entire development process, from concept design to creating the final product. This includes, among other things, product improvement, lifecycle management, and communication with subcontractors and internal/external customers. Furthermore, the position involves close collaboration with our local prototype department, as well as review and documentation management in the company's PDM system. Your responsibilities will include: Providing support to the prototype department in connection with manufacturing. Creating assembly and detail designs within our product segment. This mainly involves creating products and designs, both in the PDM system and in the CAD environment. Product improvements and modifications to existing designs. Supporting and contributing to our improvement work regarding methodology, product, and process development. Section Manager for Hardware Design
