Description Sagagården kitchen is looking for a dedicated and independent chef! Do you want to be part of a kitchen that creates delicious, nutritionally balanced meals for several municipal operations every day? Then this is the job for you. Sagagården kitchen is a central kitchen that prepares meals for preschool, school, nursing home, and home care services. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities As a chef with us, you work independently with the entire meal chain: Planning and ordering of food supplies Cooking and preparation of raw vegetables/salads Quality control and food hygiene Administration and invoice management Dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining order in the kitchen environment Continuous contact with staff and ordering parties You have support from colleagues and the meal manager but are responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen. Qualifications We are looking for you with high school education in institutional/restaurant cooking or equivalent education/experience. You have competence in special diets and medically adapted meals. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and experience with e-commerce are merits. A B-category driver's license is required.
