Common conditions you will encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurological issues, cognitive impacts, and mental health concerns. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices and certificates for home modifications. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed. The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment is provided both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partner organizations. You and your colleagues, together with your manager, are responsible for the development of the operations through continuous improvement work. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary healthcare is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
