Description The Care Administration is seeking a nursing assistant for Fjällbacka Service Care Home. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. You will work across the entire Fjällbacka Service facility. You will have a home unit, but work will be performed across different units. This is a permanent position. Job Responsibilities Duties include care work based on individual needs and health and medical care tasks according to instructions or delegation from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. We offer engaging and highly varied work. The position requires good health, initiative, flexibility, creativity, and collaboration skills. Qualifications Nursing assistant vocational program completion and approved grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at secondary level. Basic computer skills are an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on strong collaboration skills and experience in care and health work, as well as personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have training and experience working with people with dementia and psychiatric conditions. Computer proficiency is required as documentation is done through the Treserva IT system. A requirement is that you hold a protected professional title as nursing assistant or fall under transition provisions to be offered a position as nursing assistant.
