Responsibilities Working in personal care assistance means you ensure that the user receives the support and help they are entitled to. The work takes place in the home and can include personal care, support with meals, and various health and medical tasks. We are looking for someone who: • Has a genuine interest in working in LSS and social psychiatry and wants to make a difference. • Has knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) and is familiar with low-affective interaction and clarity-based pedagogy. • Is flexible, engaged, and has a warm manner. • Values collaboration and has a positive attitude. • Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • The position requires that you speak and write Swedish very well. It is highly advantageous if you are a nursing assistant or have experience working with LSS or Social Services social psychiatry and hold a Class B driver's license. About the Operation Hemgården is a special residential facility for the elderly in Skinnskattebergs Municipality. Here are the departments Granen and Furan as well as the short-term residence Viljan. In total, there are 24 apartments distributed across the Granen and Furan departments and 10 short-term places at Viljan. At Hemgården, we work in teams with several different professional groups such as care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, administrators, and unit managers. Job Responsibilities Working as a care assistant with us means that you provide support and service based on the resident's individual needs and are responsible for ensuring that the resident receives good care. The Organization Klockarbergsskolan in Skinnskatteberg is beautifully located in the middle of the village right next to the church with a view of Lake Nedre Vättern. Klockarbergsskolan is the municipality's only primary school and adapted primary school and has approximately 400 students in grades F-9. Within the school area there is after-school care, a sports hall, library and cultural school. The goal is to create a safe school with a holistic perspective and a shared value base for parents and children from when children start preschool class until they finish grade 9. The school should be characterized by an open and good working climate where students and teachers enjoy being together. The municipality's smaller size means that decisions are made quickly and the opportunity to influence the development of the operation is great. Job Duties As a counselor, you work to ensure that students achieve the best possible development by creating environments that promote student learning, development and health. You support students' development towards the school's goals, initiate preventive measures and take your own initiative for direct individual support. Within guidelines and practice, the counselor works with a high degree of independence and together with the management you are instrumental in implementing the school's student health work. You are part of the school's Student Health Team and work preventively and health-promoting to support student development.
