In your role as a physiotherapist, you shall create good conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the Municipal Primary Care Department and consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and fixation services. This is a pleasant and helpful work group with experienced and competent colleagues. The coordinator position is also part of a smaller team consisting of a care manager and a nurse who together play a central role in coordinating services for patients upon discharge from the hospital.
