The municipality has a large proportion of elderly residents and therefore actively invests in early interventions. We have a short-term rehabilitation unit within our operations. The Rehabilitation Unit is part of the Municipal Primary Care Department and consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and fixation services. This is a pleasant and helpful work group with experienced and competent colleagues. The coordinator position is also part of a smaller team consisting of a care manager and a nurse who together play a central role in coordinating services for patients upon discharge from the hospital. WORK DUTIES You will have a central and coordinating function where you hold processes together, drive matters forward, and ensure that cooperation between different actors functions smoothly. The role involves: -handling multiple parallel cases simultaneously -working under time pressure at times -making independent decisions -adapting work methods based on complex situations with many involved parties As support in your work, you have engaged and experienced colleagues, your manager Ingela Löfberg, and Annica Edlund, Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), who is responsible for quality and development work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: -are a licensed occupational therapist or licensed physiotherapist -have a B driving license For you to thrive in the role, we see that you need to: -have a good ability to organize, prioritize, and create structure -see collaboration as important and work with many contact points -be unpretentious and have a respectful and friendly demeanor We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
