The Rehabilitation Unit is a central part of this initiative and is undergoing an exciting transformation process to meet needs. The team currently consists of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, nurses, and care personnel who work together to support patients in home health care. Could it be you who joins us? 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Physiotherapist in municipal primary care. In your role as a physiotherapist, you shall create good conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. You shall serve as a sounding board for your colleagues on rehabilitation matters, delegate and offer guidance to care personnel as needed. The work requires flexibility with the patient's needs at the center. As support in your work, you have a pleasant and helpful team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You also have Ingela Löfberg as your direct manager and Annica Edlund, Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), who oversees the municipality's quality and development work, to support you.
