Rudsnäs group home is located in Ölme, approximately 12 kilometers outside Kristinehamn city center and is surrounded by forest and nature. The group home is part of the functional support service area, which falls under the care and social services department. Within functional support, we work with individuals who have functional variations. Functional support operates seven group homes and one service housing facility for individuals with functional disabilities under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Disabilities). The department's core activities include providing care, support, and rehabilitation for the elderly, helping people to live as independently as possible, and providing support and services to people with functional disabilities. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your role as a residential support worker will be to work motivatingly and supportively with the individual so that they can manage their everyday life as independently as possible. The work is based on the individual's support plan with individual goals and sub-goals. Great emphasis is placed on individual development based on the individual's own circumstances.
