Are you a reliable, responsible, and proactive nursing assistant who wants to create safety, joy, and quality of life for our elderly residents? We at Rainbow Residential Care Home are now looking to strengthen our team and are seeking three nursing assistants who want to be part of our staff. We at Rainbow Residential Care Home are facing a need to expand our operations with nursing assistants in both the short and long term. Already after summer, we need three additional staff members, while one of our nursing assistants is planning to retire during the 2026/27 year-end. To create continuity and stability, we therefore want to recruit several nursing assistants at the same time, rather than conducting multiple recruitments in close succession. Our residential care homes are part of the Support, Care and Social Services Administration, an organization that works every day to provide elderly and people with disabilities the support, care, and rehabilitation they need. With us, the individual's needs are always at the center. 4 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of providing daily support, for example with personal care, meals, and activities. You contribute to enabling our residents to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible. Your work is also about creating a safe and meaningful life where quality of life is at the center. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and who, together with your colleagues, creates a work environment where you work toward common goals, always with the residents' best interests in focus. Night shifts and pool rotations are included. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who meet the following formal requirements: • Are trained as a nursing assistant, or are in the final stages of your education. • Have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation and communication are important parts of the work. Since pool rotations are part of the position, a Class B driver's license is a merit.
