The project examines the interplay between legal strategies and coalition strategies in advancing women's rights to gain a deeper understanding of how they promote sustainable social change through legal means. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now recruiting a Technical Customer Service Manager at Skoghall mill. You will work in a team with other TCS Managers, Product Safety Officer, Quality Engineer, and Operations Excellence specialists. In your role as Technical Customer Service Manager, you will handle technical complaints and manage customer communications. You are responsible for ensuring that customers receive answers and solutions to technical questions. The position also includes some travel to customers. Your main responsibilities also include: Conducting root cause analyses. Maintaining proactive communication with customers. Administering complaints and providing statistics. Providing internal training and support during customer visits at the mill. Contributing to product development and product launches from a technical perspective. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a post-secondary engineering education in chemistry, materials engineering, or another relevant field, and preferably with prior experience in process or production operations. It is a merit if you have previous experience in paper or cardboard manufacturing. We believe that you are a service-oriented and communicative person who enjoys building relationships and interacting both internally and externally. You are a structured and organized person with the ability to work independently and make decisions. The role requires that you have good proficiency in Swedish and English.
