The employee will have an operational management role in the restaurant with responsibility for coordinating staff, monitoring sales and key metrics, ensuring adequate staffing, and supporting the franchise owner in ongoing operations. Main responsibilities: Lead, plan, and coordinate daily restaurant operations together with the franchise owner. Responsible for daily staff supervision, including task distribution, shift monitoring, and support in operational management. Participate in scheduling, workforce planning, and monitoring of personnel costs. Train, educate, and guide staff in work procedures, customer service, food handling, sales, and the company's concept standards. Ensure that the restaurant's procedures, hygiene requirements, food safety, and quality standards are followed. Monitor sales results, customer satisfaction, waste, personnel costs, and other operational key metrics, and report to the franchise owner. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff support. Responsible for administrative tasks related to operations, documentation, reporting, ordering, and internal monitoring. Plan and implement local sales and marketing activities to strengthen the restaurant's performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure that the restaurant operates according to the company's concept, procedures, and operational goals.
