You'll work to provide the company's customers with the best possible advice and service throughout their purchasing process. Ahlsell is market-leading and one of the strongest brands in the industry. Being a key player at Ahlsell to understand customer needs and find the right solutions is something you see as an exciting challenge and an important mission. Some of your future tasks will include working with: Advisory services Product selection Orders Procurement Quote requests Order management Supplier contacts You work proactively by maintaining continuous contact with customers to maintain and strengthen customer relationships. About You As an inside sales representative in the Industrial sector, you need to be organized, service-oriented, and solution-focused. Your background can vary, but technical interest and experience with administrative work will help you in your role. We'd like you to have technical sales experience and/or technical background in the Industrial Electrical & Automation field. It's a plus if you also have experience from the process or manufacturing industry. You're motivated by building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations just as much as you're passionate about closing deals. For us, it's important that you enjoy collaborating.
